1. How to make a reservation

Contact our reservation department

To contact our reservation department directly please use this form Of course you may contact us any time by telephone, fax or e-mail too. As soon as we receive your request, we will inform you, as soon as possible, about the availability of the requested rooms.

Reserve your rooms

If you decide for a reservation, we will reserve the rooms for you for a limited period of time 2 working days. As soon as your reservation has been submitted in our system you will receive a personal confirmation e-mail.

Complete the reservation / Payment methods

To complete the reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. As soon your deposit has been transferred your reservation is automatically confirmed and your reservation report will be another confirmed e-mail.

You could pay the deposit, using one of the following:    Bank transaction / Credit card.

The rest of the amount can be paid using one of the payment methods described above or cash at the hotel, during the first days of your stay.

You may contact us any time, if you have any questions or remarks about your reservation.

The rates include all local taxes and referred to accommodation for each type of room with continental breakfast

2. Cancellation Policy

The person who made a reservation of rooms for a certain period of time and did not use them either for the whole period or for part of it should pay a copmensation to the Hotelier equal to the half of the price he should pay if he used them. If the client however advised the MIRABELLE HOTEL about the cancellation 21 days in advance he is exempt from any obigation and if the Hotelier has received any payment must refund it immediately.

Hotel offer transfer from and to the airport - port - bus terminal after confirmed request. Hotel guests wishing to make use of this service are kindly requested to contact the hotel for transfer reservation in advance.
